Help me diagnose a rattle..

In the past week, the 330 has developed an irritating rattling noise. It's almost a buzzing.. It's coming from one of three places.. My rearview mirror, the rain sensor, or my EZ-Pass. Is there any better way to find out exactly where it's coming from? Troubleshooting tips, anyone?

Bumpy roads, most noticeably, but also sometimes on smooth roads.. On smooth roads it seems to rattle because of the normal vibration of the engine.

remove the e-zpass and if still happens thats one less thing! its just a process of elimination. try holding the mirror when the noise starts. I had a dash squeek on the range rover my wife drove it and i placed my hand on the dash untill i found the source pain in the asss but worked.

Agreed...I had one of the velcro strips get loose on a transponder and even though it did not appear to be loose it was the culprit.
