Ultimate Drive

So I did the Ultimate Drive for the Cure yesterday here in Arlington. All I have to say is....OMFG!!!

The 6 series coupe was just sitting there so I asked to jump in. Took off..WOW...WOW....WOW...can that car move! I loved the little projected speedometer on the windshield and the visual park distance. I really really want one now! If only it had a real back seat and an actual sunroof.

So get back with heart still racing, my car is blocked in so I ask to go for another round. Then I see the 750 just sitting there. Jump in. Quite a difference from the 6, but very nice. Although I was not the biggest fan of all the little buttons hidden away out of sight, namely the seat controls.

This was also my first time actally using the iDrive. Sure its a little confusing, but after 10mins I had it down pat. So I dont see what all these journalists are complaining about.

So yes, this was a great reason to leave work early yesterday!!!!
