I didn't like it in the X5. But honestly, what was wrong with the old way? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's not that I don't know how to use it; it's intuitive enough for me. Then again, electronic turn signals are intuitive for me too but I don't like them.

it's called innovation. stay the same and you fall behind the competition. If you haven't had much experience, why comment...

I have known how to use this feature long before we even picked up the 325i. I just don't think it was a necessary innovation. Maybe BMW could be more innovative on other important things. How about starting with the interior?! Don't make it as straight as a celery stick!

you kidding right??? the 335i interior is much better than the 328i and the 330i interiors.. There are a lot more pieces that give it a bit more class.. btw, you should read the manual. the auto blinker can be turned off if you don't like it. let's not even compare the 3er interior to the fugly plastic interior of your x3.

What's so special about the 335i interior? The only difference is um.......the oil temp gauge? Oh and the coupes have the ambient lighting on the door armrest sill. It's not driver-oriented like the E46 interior used to be. Then again, I guess its because it would cost more for BMW to make two seperate dashboard tilts for RHD and LHD.

I like the 3-blink signal and I'm not gonna turn it off. But the stalk doesn't have to electronic. It could work like the ones in Audi and VW, and the 2007 X3 actually, where it still allows 3 blinks if you tap it lightly, but it won't spring back into the middle position if you push it for a corner (like it does on the electronic stalk). Once again, I can use it just fine. I'm no idiot to car functions. I went through all the key/car memory functions and set them within the first day I had my hands on the car.

The "fugly plastic interior" of the X3 is more durable and requires less maintenance than any other interior I've ever known. I run it over with vinyl cleaner twice a year and it looks new. Yes it is a bit low-rent for a BMW, but it's well put together without gaps or misaligned panels.

With the introduction of the 3-series Coupe, Convertible and M3 in the past year - BMW's standard four-door E90 Sedan has been on the market for nearly three years since its unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show in 2005, and it's about to get a mid-product cycle facelift.

Our spy photographers spotted this black E90 with a disguised grille and bonnet and concealed tail lights lapping Nurburgring yesterday. In usual BMW facelift fashion, expect new headlights with accentuated "light rings" a.k.a. 'angel eyes,' a new range of fuel-efficient engines as well as a reworked interior. In June 2007, BMW announced its action-packed formula for reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, the launch of an all-new 204 bhp four-cylinder diesel engine with Variable Twin Turbo technology, and we anticipate this "138g CO per km" air purifier to be placed under the bonnet of the facelifted E90 Sedan and E91 Touring early next year.

Furthermore, the disguised front grille and tail lights indicate that there will be some modifications in the rear end, possibly LED lights, as well as a revised and heightened engine hood with a wider front grille. The facelifted BMW 3-series Sedan and Touring will appear at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2008. Stay tuned for more details! More pictures on the right!

I Semi-Agree, The 335i has no interior features I feel make it that much nicer

I have to agree with San on the X3's Interior, can't stand it, even now

On the turn signal, I LOVE it, but sometimes it will get stuck or pop the wrong way and it drives me nuts

What I hate about the new BMW's? That STUPID brake hold feature, it drives me insane!

I'm actually driving my mom's 2003 325i this week as they are in South Africa and I must say, I think the Interior of this 3 has far less features but it much nicer looking with more wood, but it lacks the features of the new 3, both have top-shelf interior plastics and feel sturdy but the E46 is much more driver oriented

wrong... leather interior is double stitched. Al trim on steering wheel, bezels on climate control. Al colored idrive knob with rubber surround among many other things that distinguishes the cars. When personanongrata came up in his 330i, we did a comparison. So once again, it's not about nice.. it's about you not knowing what you are talking about and continuing to distribute misinformation and stupid ass comments.
