My New Ride

I just received it today ... 2003 E46 318i ... Grey Green Metallic ... it is almost standard and needs a lot of mods..... This is intended to be for my wife and I am gonna ship it to Egypt (Women do not drive in Saudi )

Here is my list:

- Xenon projector Headlights with angel eyes
- Clear corner and side lamps (instead of amber)
- Clear/red tail light (insted of amber/red)
- Business CD upgrade
- BMW AUX input
- M3 Style wheels (replica), 16 inch (I do not prefer the 17 because it is 318i)
- AC Schintzer replica Alum Pedals
- Door and trunk handles painting in body colour
- Wood Interior trim (instead of Titanium which looks ugly with beige interior)
- AMP and rear speakers
- 3M Crystalline Tinting 50% all over

Here are two pics before detailing and before any mods

For ANY e46, (non M3, and without ACS front end) the most important mod is to slap some Type 44 wheels on that bad boy!

I found Style 44 replicas here bozo ... but only 17 inch ... I know they look amazing on the E46 ... I might consider that

Thats the only problem with them...But if you're contemplating 17"s, dont get replicas. The OEM's are more than likely cheaper... they make replicas in 18"s and they do look very nice. IMO, nothing makes an e46 stand out more than a clean set of 44's...

Oh, and you KNOW you have get some clears all around on there. Two inexpensive mods, and your car will be completely transformed.

The type 44's are my favorite wheels. A lot better than the type 698's that came with my car.
