E92 335i problem need help

I have 2007 335i, 6 mt after tuning problems with car jerking around 1500 rpm in all of the gears
So i put it back to stock and it works fine
Tried another software and there it was the same problem.
Anyone any idea what it could be?
Other than that the car is running in all rpm very strong no problems at all...
Please help......

Yes the pump was on recall replaced

And the GT1 the BMW diagnose tool cant read anything wrong with the car

Misfire at low RPM could be Vanos or injectors... Early replacement HPFP's can fail, requiring a 2nd replacement

But it's odd that it occurs only with the chip installed...

You don't get any warning lights or go into limp mode when the problem takes place?

I know BMW has some software in them to look for the cheap aftermarket tuners that just manipulate signals for power, but that would store faults and wouldn't affect the Alpina or Dinan software... I'd contact Alpina and Dinan separately and express your concern describing your problem to see if any other customers had similar issues and if there was/is a fix.

Also, when it does the jerking does it feel like maybe the tranny is the cause, or is it definitely in the engine? Does any warning come up on the cluster or CCC display?

i didnt have any codes when the shaking occurs
for the pump issues it would be in higher rpm so the guys from alpina and dinan
now finally i got some code on throttle body sensor hope it will go away
if anyone has any other ideas please speak up
