That's the 2011 550i Sedan with M-Sport package.
I was looking at it on BMWUSA.com today

It is an M-Sport, but not likely a 550. It has no sunroof. It is obviously a European version (no amber reflectors on the front fender, as well as the D plate). It could be a 520d, 523, 525d, 528, 530d, 535, 535d, or 550, as all are available with the M-Sport package. Given the lack of sunroof, I would go with it being a moderately powered model.
However, if the question is "Can I buy something in the US that looks like this?" then yes, you want a 550.

I'm just blown away by how mean the front looks. The edges of the intercooler look like fangs. The M5 will look even more aggressive. Wow.

I really like the look of the new 535. However, the air dam looks to me to be very similar to the last model, the E60. Mine is a 2008. This was a picture when I bought it back in 2007.
