Clarkson (British fanboi) is the only guy on Earth that can lose in a drag race using an X5M vs a Jag.

Perhaps the stig was driving the Jag...If the M6 would win that matchup, the X5M should've performed better

Range Rover nav function is pretty cool though.

Further proof that Clarkson isn't too bright..

"Now Jeremy, (says his producer) step on this black pedal as hard as you can..."

There is a good chance, British somehow pay Top Gear and clarkson good money, to lobby RR, and diss german sports SUV's.

Otherwise, for such an expert, he should not be doing a review like he does for X5M, he looks like he was dragged in to the car and he did not wanna be there, so that tells it all.

I think the only Beemer he trully likes is an M5 thats it

I don't know, you could of sort of tell he liked it but couldn't bear to say that he enjoyed driving a 555hp SUV. That quote was hilarious, I always wonder if they turn on m mode and do all the other tricks before doing a drag race like that. I remember the M5 review and they made it seem it like it was rocket science.

Top Gear has become a very entertaining review show - it is not a factual review show so I would take it all with a grain of salt - worth noting was where the X5M ended up on the board - was as fast as a 911 in the same weather conditions. That is not bad!

i was so excited to see this episode that i dragged the fiancee and was all excited to show her just how amazing this vehicle really is and how top gear will prove it...*raspberrrrrry*

whatevvvver...i don't think he was using launch control otherwise he probably would have said something about it?? also, the brits don't understand SUVs..they prefer eco-hatchbacks and diesels...no thanks, i prefer my pointless and ridiculous rocketship utility vehicle.
