New X ///M prices almost at invoice

Just searched for new X5 M and X6 M on cars.com and below are the prices I see for brand new cars. I guess some dealers are now selling for almost at invoice and that is the asking price. There is over $7k markup on these cars.

Not sure how you are determining how these cars are optioned. With the base of an X5M close to $86K some of these might be bare. Pricing on this list goes all the way up to over $100K.

Base on X5 M is $85,500. I called 6 dealers listing X5 M. One had MSRP of below $90k and others were between $91k and $92k. Keep in mind these are ASKING PRICES.
This is pretty much the end of 2010 model year sale prices as we have 2011s coming in 2 months.

Awesome for someone who really wants to buy one of these bad boys - dealers are going to just want to push them out the door!

Yeah i could've gotten a much better deal on mine in Dec if i took the one off the lot, but they still gave me a killer deal on a special order one to my specs
