BMW Individual Offered for US Models?

Hello Everyone, few questions:


Will BMW be offering Individual M for the X6M in the US?

Is it possible to get the Individual for the X6M by European Delivery at an abroad dealership then shipped back to the States?

Since the X6 is manufactured in Spartanburg, I would think the same Individual Ms are being put together here then shipped overseas to their respective dealer and client.

Any input is appreciated. I'm in love with the champagne and platinum interior and its contrast stitching.

(I remember asking one of my dealers about this a long time ago; he said that it was available for the 7 series only-but every dealer says something different).

The answer to that is No.There is no european delivery for X vehicles. You can get individual if your dealer is willing to do the extra work and you are lucky BMW NA won't reject the order.

All X5 and X6 are made in US, so no Euro delivery for them.
You can always pay more for indiv. options if BMW and dealer agree.

What are the chances of BMW NA agreeing though? From what I read, they're a lot more finicky than any other BMW importer.

I don't think they will agree to the indiv car, probably to some indiv options like steering, wheels or trim installed at the dealership.

Thanks everyone. Hopefully by the time I get my M, they will allow me to get the trim and interior options.

Wow, I didn't realize you still couldn't get the indiv option in the US.
