About to bring home a 2010 X5M - opinions needed

Hello all-

Long time BMW owner with many M cars under my belt. The deal is basically done for a 2010 pre-owned X5M. I'm trading in my 2011 X5 35i Sport. Obviously I like the X5 but I find the 35i to be really lacking in power. Initial tip-in is really bad before the turbo provides boost and in some situations has been really dangerous (i.e. pulling into another lane and the car is thinking which gear coupled with no boost = slooooow). Not looking for a debate on the 35i as it's a really nice car but I am a power junky.

Anyway, I searched for a bit and what I am really looking for is some updated information on the 2010 X5M. Price is right, miles are low and I got an excellent trade number (msrp on my 35i was 63k, paid under 60k and 1 year later trade is 54k).

Are they any lingering fist model problems with the 2010's. Service history looks good (other than squeeling brakes complaint).

Thanks in advance for thoughts, experiences and opinions.
