What are the other two head lights?

Ok we all have four bulbs in the front. The outside two are the high and low beams. I dont have a foglight button on my dash. I have tried every lighting position and I cant get the inside two bulbs to turn on . I tried the daytime lights on the Idrive, but it was getting close to dusk when I went back outside and tried the other situations.
Anybody know what those two bulbs are? I can get the angel eyes to come on
around it but no center bulb.
