Is there a way to upgrade maps for free? I use my phone Bluetooth'd to my X5M via a cheap dongle more often than not, but sometimes it'd be nice to be able to use the stock navi...but not for hundreds of dollars.

Multiple ways

1) dealer. Embarrassingly expensive
2) individual vendors or sponsors on the forums. Raisonnable cost but you gotta pay at each update to have a new fsc code.
3) other vendors with lifetime activation. The best and pretty cheap
4) by yourself with the correct tools to extract 1B file to generate an fsc

1) stealership is the last resort
2) I've read their threads, but I'm not interested in paying that much and then having to pay again
3) any suggestions in those vendors?
4) any links on how to accom this for dummies? You can PM me if needed.

Thanks for the reply.
