Upgrade your door seals !
Hey guys. Been having a slight door seal issue and figured I'd devise a better seal as the x3 ones are very cheap and fall apart easily. I made my way to a local junk yard and from the cars there I realized the e46 seals would work perfect I grabbed 4 of the best ones. I went with all fronts as I'd rather a bit extra than not enough
A comparison of the seals as you can see the e46 one is much larger and made with thicker rubber so it will not collapse or wear through as easy ![]() They have a nice velour finish on the inside apposed to the all rubber ![]() Unfortunately the fronts were a bit short I grabbed an extra seal an used that and a rubber insert to connect them all together ![]() It's almost un noticeable unless you are looking for it ![]() And finally a nice tight fit =]
