BMWtech is on a distinguished road
New Member, new X3

Hey all,
I just picked up a 2007 X3 3.0si a week or two ago, just wanted to say hello. I haven't been on forums since I left the Subaru "game" but its nice to find one tailored to the BMW X vehicles. I am a master tech with BMW so hopefully I can help some of you out with your issues.

In the week that I've owned it I have done:

Oil filter housing reseal
Oil Svc
Brake Fluid Svc
Replaced RR door vapor barrier
Replaced Sunroof perimeter seal
Replaced Front Guibo on driveshaft
Replaced right side motor mount bracket bolts (3 of 4 broken)
Replaced Right hood latch
Replaced both washer fluid pumps
Replaced microfilter
Replaced engine air filter
Replaced ashtray insert

After these repairs it is driving great, needs a few other things before I get into the mods. I have plans for upgraded wheels (summer time) and a roof rack. I will be servicing the transfer case and motor as well in the next few weeks. Cheers!

Pete
