E83 , N52B30 engine, secondary air pump

my diagnosis Inpa system shows the voltage of the secondary air pump ( air to heat up the catalyzer faster ) to be 10 Volts, whereas it should be around 5 Volts.
where is the secondary air pump located ?
what can the cause be for the faulty voltage ?

Facing front of the car it will be tucked behind the washer fluid canister. Looks like a right side up old-fashioned flashlight black
