A few words on 2004 X3 2.5i 95K Rubber Boot

I was removing the rubber boot on my 2004 X3 2.5i with 95K miles to clean the ICV.

The ICV was the cause of the rough idle (black gunk removed with carb cleaner).

I thought I am posting the photos so everyone can see the rubber boot at 15 yrs/95K miles timeframe.

Minor cracks on the small tube but no leak yet.
However, it is not a bad idea to replace this thing every 125K miles or so.
