Std. Radio CD and Business CD compatibility

Hello there.
I am wondering if the BMW CD and BMW business CD are compatible?
i have the std CD one, and was looking to add a aftermarket bluetooth adapter, and it looks like i need a business CD to get any of the kits.
I wonder if i could put a business cd in my car and do the bluetooth kit? or should i just forget it all and go get myself a fm sender for the cigarlighter

I just bought my self a old 2006 2.0d , manual. just as a second car, to drive to work and take the stuff from the garden to the recycle center, since it has a towbar. So far i enjoy the car.
