Clutch upgrade opinions?

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone has upgraded their clutch, but if so, would love some feedback. Considering going with a Spec Stage 1 or 2/2.5+ and the stock DM flywheel. Only reason is because of towing. Stock clutch was otherwise fine for 235k kms.

Completely ruined mine towing a ~3000 lb trailer this past weekend. Took a wrong turn, got stuck in a dead-end at a campsite and had to back up about 200 yards, up hill, at midnight.

Car actually still drives but can't engage 1st or reverse while the engine is running. Have to turn it off, put it in gear and then it's drivable, albeit with a clutch pedal with little to no pressure.

Car is a 05 3.0l 6 spd.

TIA.
