40-60 Fold Down Rear Seat Noise

Let me know if you guys have the same problem and what are the fix out there? When I go over bumps on the road, the rear seats rattle as if it is loose. I figured it must be the fold down seats or the center fold down arm rest. When I checked, the seats and arm rest seems to be pretty secure. What can I do?

I've got the same problem, I just discovered it when I sat back there the other day. There are rattles and rubbing noises despite nothing being very loose.

Bringing this thread back from the grave. I'm going to try to line it with some 3M 1/8" foam tape to see if will help. I'm also going to do this for the trunk lid since that also rattles. Damn 1st MY production.
