UK BMW TV in-motion
I'm looking for someone to rig / fit a mod to my E83 X3 in South England so the TV screen (std factory fit bmw nav with TV) can be used whilst the car is in motion.

Have any UK-based members out there done this - and can recommend anyone. I don't particularly fancy letting any old Joe out there loose on my new car (!) with a minimum of experience...

Well i have done this on my X5 myself and if i can do it i cant see why you wont be able to.
do a search for tv in motion and you will find loads of helpful hints and tips.

I brough my tv in motion cable from ebay. Came with instructions.

This assumes that the principle of installation is the same as the X5 and i cant see why they would have changed it!

Having TV in motion doesn't mean that you'll be driving around while watching TV. It could well be for the front seat passenger's benefit

I know a great place in Leamington - the guy there does all kinds of cars, Ferrari's etc etc - treats the car with respect!! The place is called Clarendon Car Radio - find the number on yell.com if you are interested - the guys name is Darren.
