Updated Forum Rules and TOS

The following is clarification and listing of the updated forum rules. This is just for clarification and to avoid any future issues that may arise. Everyone has been more than outstanding in living up to these rules and posting within their intent since we started; Jeff and I just wanted to clarify the rules and regulations so that there exist no issues in the future. Oh and by the way, it's ok to link to other boards here!

Although the administrators and moderators of X5world will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of X5world, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

The BMW name, marks, and Roundel logo used in the pages of this Web Site are the property of BMW AG. This web site is not sponsored or affiliated in any way with BMW AG or any of its subsidiaries.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

Many people from all over the world post to this site. Please keep culturally offensive or derogatory remarks to yourself. The posting of any image that is considered more than 'PG-13' rated should be posted as a link only to an offsite data source and must be marked 'NWS' or Non Work Safe. Many users access this repository from their jobs and could be held responsible for the accidentaly display of images that are more than R rated in nature. Specifically, if you are not comfortable with your nine year old child viewing the images, then don't upload them to our server or post them as an image. An html link is acceptable.

The owners and moderators of X5world reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason listed above.
