Remember to wipe your feet!

Okay...opinion time here. I'm looking at buying OEM rubber mats for the X, and I have a dilemma: Sand Biege interior, so Beige or Black Mats? Anybody have pix?
Thanks,
TikiGod

I've got the sand interior, and the sand rubber mats as well. I'll try to post some pics of them (sorry, but they're dirty!) tonight after work. No promises though!

I have beige interior, and black rubber mats. I initially was just putting the mats in when I was going to the beach or such, but now I leave them in all the time. The beige fabric mats are on the shelf.

I have a beige interior and both rubber and carpeted black mats. I think there's already too much beige so I like how it offsets it a bit. You can check some pics out in this thread...

...I dont know if they do/have it anymore, but there is an aftermarket all weather floor mat set on ebay that knocks the socks off the OEM ones. I have the OEM ones, (in black) and I do think they're great. But being the idiot that I am, I mistakenly ordered a set off the UK site and it never occurred to me that it wouldnt work..LOL..

However, the guy said they do make a set for the US models and they are PERFECTLY tailored for the X5, and cover MUCH more surface area. Im sure those of us here with them know what I mean (accelerator vicinity, rear center, etc.) I havent looked in a while, but Ill check to see if they're still there....

My '04 had the gray interior and I went with the darker (black/dark gray) carpeted floor mats. Looked great and didn't show as much dirt/stains as the lighter gray would have. My '06 has the beige interior and still I went with the darker (black/dark gray) carpeted floor mats. They look great and still wear better (show less gunk) than the beige would. If you're going with rubber, the stains wouldn't matter so then it's a matter of color preference. I like the contrast between the tan and black . . . but that's just me.

I second the Weather Techs I have owned them for years they are by far the best made. In addition to various front mats and cargo liners they also make a rear uni-floor mat that stretches from the driverside across to the passenger side...http://www.weathertech.com/

I got the black mats and I like them. I have Beige mats on Beige interior on my other car and they're not as nice looking.
