Sounds good to me.
I'm not sure why low mileage doesn't qualify it for certified BMW.

sounds like a good deal. The inability to CPO it because of low mileage seems like a lie. I've seen CPO cars with extremely low miles.

Not getting the low milage cpo thing but the price is pretty attractive. Did you ask to have that explained to you? Does it have any of the factory warranty left?

It's not a CPO simply because the dealer does not want to spend the money to put the vehicle through the CPO inspection process. CPO adds value to the buyer and adds to the marketability of the used vehicles, but it contributes little to the profit taken on it. You're much better off with the same model with slightly more miles and a CPO warranty.

Be careful with the generic warranty - read the fine print to determine if genuine OEM (BMW) parts are specified for all repairs.

or, the vehicle does not qualify for BMW's cpo program.

Do a carfax on it. I would not buy it if it was not CPO.

I would not buy without a CPO either. I've owned way to many modern BMW's and could tell a few stories. I'm ok wrenching on mid 80's and older BMW's to save a few bucks on repairs but not the new ones. Once the warranty is gone so is the car
