The X3 can be the easiest of all BMWs to install..............once the connectors are found. Here's a good thread in where we talk about connector location and there to look.

Also, I will need to know if you are prewired for Sirius, if so - the connectors are in the cargo area. If not, they are located underneath the center console bucket.

Hello , i have managed to find the bundle of wires that i need and i have plugged in the icelink and then realized that my car still has the CD option when i press mode b/c i have the busines radio. Do I have to disable the CD somehow ? since i know that the icelink will replace the single cd also .

Thank you

Were you prewired for Sirius or have standard audio? Also, are you equipped with DSP?

Where are you picking up your connections from - the center console or cargo area?

Im picking it up from the center console. And i have left the battery disconnected for an hour and the radio settings were still there when i turned it back on. I dont get it , i thought that would have done it.
