Boston X5 4.4 is on a distinguished road
When will X5/E70 interior mods be included in X3

She who must be obeyed will be replacing the E46 M3 conv in year or two and has started the tire kicking.
Wondering if anyone has any insight as to when some of the mods that are in the new X5 will make it to the X3 such as i-drive, heads-up display, etc.
Seeing as the X3 engine and body were recently updated will it be a next generation X3 or will there be a mid-cycle change? (or not at all)
Interested in peoples thoughts.

X3 is based on 3-Series, so we might see an iDrive (I hope not), but no head-up (which is reserved to 5 series).

My advice: get a X3 before they f**k it up like the 3 series
