drew, can you post some pics of your friends X3 and find out what size tires he has on fronts AND backs? It would be much appreciated. I have searched through the site a bunch of times and it is hard to find info on some of the better X5 wheels on an X3. Thanks...

I think they're Style 87 replicas, don't know the Dia. for sure but I think they're 20's. There's a previous post about them somewhere.

BSA 20" wheels

Does anyone out there have Beyern Mesh or Type 5 wheels on their X3 (and could post pics)? I'm thinking of putting on 19's for the summer, but would love to see what they look like on the X3 before buying.

The 20's look great, but given the lousy condition of our roads in the summer (we have 2 seasons here, winter and road construction) I think I'd rattle the fillings of my teeth with anything bigger than 19's.
