I have noticed a SLIGHT increase in mileage despite driving the car more aggressively. To counteract that I have also encountered slightly less traffic due to the holidays. I hesitate to attribute the mileage change to the CAI alone.

That's it. From now on, anyone that I recommend the X3 to will also have me nagging at them to buy a manual transmission.
