![]() I read the usual manual, it said heated mirror will auto on when outside temp is low enough. Please advise..

Dunno...they may be stuck in "on" pos and/or too much juice to heating unit.
The heated mirrors on our ol' 01 X5 heat whenever key is in#2 pos/on, but it's not to hot to touch or hold fingertip against the surface. Lean on your Stlr; that's what you paid for...even if someone Does diagnose it, the Stlr is gonna be the one to fix it. GL,md
