Great Service from my Dealer

Saturday I took my X3 in to Autobahn BMW here in Ft. Worth for it's 15K service after 1 yr. 7 mo. I already had the oil changed on the annual program last July at about 10K miles and told the service advisor that but they changed it again anyway, for free! Plus they checked the recalls and found one for the O2 sensor software. The SA said my car wasn't having any problems but thought they might as well re-program it while it was here. To top it all off, they replaced the wipers without me even asking!

I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service I'm getting from Autobahn BMW .

It's good that your dealer is running the maintenance program the way it should be run, with a priority on taking care of the customer. They should be fixing the stuff you didn't even think about getting fixed.

I just say my wipers aren't working well (Even if they aren't) and they install both front and rear ones no problem!

Its nice to hear good things about dealers instead of the constant whining and complaining about how bad dealers are .I'm like you very fortunate to have a great dealer,JMK BMW. Never had one complant since I've been going there. Thats why I mention there name whenever I can.
cheers
vern
