Radio channel buttons on steering wheel

When I push the up arrow to change radio channel, I get a lower channel and vice versa with the down button on my steering wheel. Is it possible to switch these functions?

Do you have any stations stored in memory? If you do, then pushing the up or down button cycles through the stored stations. If you push and hold either the up or down button, the stations should change accordingly, as the radio scrolls up or down through the frequencies.

the buttons cycle through your presets, and not the frequencies
