License Plate Park Distance Control

Hey all,
I saw some x5 threads for this item...and have searched for some x3's with it but not much out there for me to read.
I am thinking of purchasing this for my car and was wondering if people have had positive or negative experiences with this license plate pdc.
I know some will say to get the full bumper pdc but that would be to much for me right now. This item seems to offer a great alternative to a backup camera and full pdc on my bumper.

So- Any one have pics of this item mounted on their car and any info they can share with a fellow x3 owner?

I had this accessory installed on my X3. It worked really well and didn't look as bad as expected. I have a picture here .

There were no distinct disadvantages to the factory installed bumper pdc on my X5.

Hope this helps.
