I don't have a Monroney label, but I do have an '05 BMW price list that has the amounts in question: The premium package was $1,800. Both the storage package and the smoker's package were standard on all vehicles imported to the USA and are therefore included in the list price of the vehicle at no additional cost.
Hmmm... I tried to scan the price list, but it is too large to attach. You may also be able to find this information at one of the car info sites such as www.edmunds.com if you want to see it in print for yourself.
