BMW Certified Repair Shop near Chicago?

Due to the crappy tires on the X3, it had a low speed encounter with a cement pole.

Looking for suggestions for a BMW Certified Body/Repair shop in north east cook county or south east lake county.

thanks.

Don't tell me you have the Bridgestone Turanzas........

Can't you just bring it to any dealer's collision shop? I mean, that's what we did for the X3 and 325i. I realize dealer shops are simply subcontracted shops, but the closest "BMW certified shop" is very far away and hardly worth it for a bumper.

Thanks all!

I will bring it to Knauz Collision Repair Center. They said there are only two certified BMW repair centers in the whole state, and they are one of them.

Hope Knauz's body shop is better than their service dept. Good luck.

Me too. It looks like a separate place.

Pics will be up tomorrow. too dark now.

Not that bad, the fog light is shoved in, and deep scrapes.

According to the dealer locator tool on BMW USA, there's only one in IL.

Patrick BMW Certified Collision Repair Centre
Shaumberg, IL 30173

It doesn't matter in the end. There are VERY few CCRC's out there; there's none in the state of VA for example.
