Fault Code meaning for 15-27-92-77

I am just wondering if anyone can help me out here. My friend has a 2000 Z3 and it is having some problems. My friend told me that this was the fault code that she pulled yesterday 15-27-92-77. All I can find here, or the closest I should say, is P1527 For Trans Range / Pressure Switch Comparison. However, I can not find out what it means. The problem she had was that the engine was acting as if it did not have any power or traction. She had the pedel floored and it would not go beyond 2 RPMs. We checked the oil as it just had a change about 2 weeks ago and that was fine. We checked the radiator fluid and it seemed low and so we filled. Then the car seemed to be back to normal. Any thoughts? She knows that it will cost her a lot just to take it in. So, any ideas on what it could be would sure help out. Thanks!

Althea
