Getting access to rear amplifier in x3

Hello all,

I am trying to get a DSP amp to work in my x3. I do not have Premium Sound, but I have researched it, and beleive I may be able to get it work. My biggest obstacle at this point is getting at the amp in the rear. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the access panel to get at the amp? I have tried all the fasteners I can find, and I am stumped. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hello!

There are too much things you need to know.

Try to download TIS dvd, and install it.
There you can find tons of useful info about dis/assembling all what you can imagine in your car.

Well I got the DVD, and i now understand what you mean! A lot of pieces have to be removed to get at the amp. At least I know what I am up against, and what spare clips to buy in case a break a few.

Thanks for your help. This forum has helped me so many times. I only hope I can give some of it back.
