Question MPG GAS CAP PILLS......

Has anyone used those MPG gas cap pills on their BMW, specially the X3?
You can do a search on youtube to see what the hype is all about regarding the MPG pill. Anyway, if someone has used it, please post your experience with them and how it's going with your BMW.

Haven't used them. Went to the FII web site and had a great laugh. Complete nonsense. FII doesn't seem to be so much a product company making gas pills, but rather a pyramid marketing company that relies on distributors signing up other distributors. The pills themselves seem to be secondary.

I was wondering if it really works and how much more millage can u get on X3s and what problems had they had, if any. There is a guy that put 2 of these pills in his car with 65,000 miles on the first tank (instead of one) and then one in each tank after that, for a few tanks and he started to have problems with the fuel system in his car. If I recall right, it was a mitsubishi eclipse...not a BMW. There are making a big buzz about this pill.

this sham was exposed on a 20/20 or 60 minutes TV show a year ago. They did a very detailed test and found these not to work plus every car manufacture warned against putting something like this in your tank as it could damage the fuel pick up.

Don't even bother. I'm surprised by the number of scams that claim to decrease fuel consumption thesedays.
