Anyone has TIS for rear bike carrier?

Hi,
I'm thinking of install rear bicycle carrier like the one in below
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...82&fg=51&hl=21

Just can't tell how long would it take to install this bicycle carrier, and is it convinent to take if off temperately? I would like to have the back as clean as possible when not carrying bikes. Tks!
