Now is NOT the time to sell any SUV due to the rising cost of petrol. If you trade it, you will get killed on its value. If you turn it into Carmax, you will get a small check. If you sell it yourself, no one will buy it........even if the X3 gets respectable fuel consumption.
So unless your X3 is giving you issues, keep it. It's got cool options.
