Paddle Shifters.. Possible?

I'd like to add paddle shifters to my Automatic 2007 X3. Anyone know a kit or anything I could do?

Thanks!

Becouse the steering wheel has changed and it is different then the old one - which one do you think that will fit (SMG)?
