Question for 2008 owners - transmission problems
Has anyone had any problems with the automatic trans....I know there are a mess of reports with 07's and wanted to know if anyone here has good experiences with 08's?
I'm planning on leasing an 08 x3 but wanted to know if anyone here has any problems.... thanks.

I have driven a 2008 loaner once, and it didnt exhibit any unusual problems. Granted, its not as good as the old GM 5-AT in the pre-facelift models, but it wasn't terrible. I've briefly driven a handful of new X3s (I work at a dealership) and one of the X3s felt more hesistant than the others.........however I only drive them like 200m so its not a fair estimation.
