Performance chips for X3 3.0
These are a dime a dozen when you google them. Which ones are legit and will REALLY make a difference in performance and/or MPG?

I'd say get a Dinan dealer to run the software. Little more expensive, but at least you know you're getting something. http://www.dinancars.com/store/home.php?cat=467 |

Just my opinion, but I'd skip the Dinan software as well. It doesn't produce any more hp. According to Dinan, it raises the rev limiter, removes the top speed limiter, and adapts the throttle response (which the vehicle already does by itself). But you get a Dinan decal, if that matters.
With a naturally-aspirated engine, any performance chip is of very limited value.
