X3 diesel - chip tuning experiences?

Hi!

I have a 2007 X3 2.0d and petentially could be interested in chip tuning it. I found a couple of interesting companies that offer modified ECU software, some are offering almost 50HP / 100NM increase. Does anyone have experience with this?
