Cargo Partition/cage/gate
Has anyone purchased or seen this cage on an X3 before? I'm looking for something that will cage off my dog from getting slobber all over the seats. Sadly, my cargo cover did not come with the pull-up mesh net. We purchased a partition so he can't jump over the seats, but the holes are big enough that he can still drool all over the back seats. Any thoughts? |

I bought a non-BMW metal divider at Petco for less than $50. It works great, and when I take it out, there are no signs that it was there.

Thanks for your replies.
Larry, do you have any pictures? Does it cover all the space upto the window? My dog is kinda small and I fear he would still be able to jump over. |

We have three dogs (large, medium and small), and we find it convenient and effective to simply keep them on leashes attached to the cargo rail tie-downs (or whatever those sliding rings are called). No need for the cargo net or any other device to separate the cargo area from the passenger area.
