is h&r the only available option for beefier sway bars for an '07 3.0si?
i did a search and could not find the answer to the question. i am guessing that the answer is yes, but it would be great to have confirmation. tia.

Probably as most of the high end European tuner companies don't usually increase sway bar size. The increase the stiffness of the springs to counteract body roll.
