Griza is on a distinguished road
BMW comes through...

Brought my X3 in for a transmission issue. Gears were slipping, dash light coming on car going into limp mode. 97,xxx miles on '04 with CPO warranty. Brought in last Monday only to find out my CPO warranty expired Saturday, two days before the appointment. Service advisor warns me they might not cover it. Get a call Monday late afternoon they are still working on it, updating software etc and they need the car till Tuesday. Service advisor calls Tues. morning says it needs a new tranny and BMW will cover it since the appointment was made before the warranty expired. Cost me all of $50 for the CPO service fee. Just wanted to say THANK YOU BMW!!

Edit- OOPs...posted in wrong forum, sorry didn't realize there were now two X3 forums. Mods please move to E83 forum.
