Rashed two rims over the week-end. Fixable???

Well, the X3 does great in ice and snow. Except when you hit some black ice in a parking lot. Put my X3 up against the curb and rashed about 8 inches of the edge of the rim on two wheels. Real bummer since I've only got 3.5K miles on it. I'm going to have the alignment checked, but, does anyone know if this can be polished out or something? They are the 17 x 8.0 Double Spoke (Styling 112) alloy wheels.

Should be. Check with local BMW dealer to see who they use/recommend for wheel repair. Standard issue these days with all the alloy wheels out there.....
