New to BMW and site

Hi All, new here and new to BMW, I am really excited with my X3! It is a 2006 X3, sports package, bluetooth, ///M package, sports seats, cold weather package and when I bought it last week had 21,000 on it. it feels and looks brand new and drives great! So here are my questions, one is adding Sirius. I found a site called Bavsound.com that sells a device called a DICE Duo for iPod/iPhone/Sirius. After spending some time watching the install video I am pretty sure my vehicle has the pre-wire and I can hand le the install but was wondering if anyone has dealt with this company before and if you had any feed back.

The second question is probably stupid but hey gotta ask. You know that huge open compartment in the rear passenger side of the cargo area? Is there anyway to get usable storage space out it? Seems like a net covering (like on the opposite side of the vehicle) or a door compartment or something would be better than what's there! Any ideas? Thanks!
