New X3 owner; question about Bluetooth

I am the proud new owner of a 2008 E83 3.0si with about 64k mileage, and so far I'm loving it. My only question is that apparently the Bluetooth setup can only support phone calls - is there any way I can upgrade that so I can play music over it as well? I'm thinking it's a long shot, but you never know. Any help would be much appreciated - thanks!

Yes it does - for audio options, the only choices I have are the radio, CD player, and aux-out (via cable). There's nothing for Bluetooth music nor is there anything about it in the manual. Bluetooth works fine for calls and address book syncing.
