DIY to replace PDC/park sensors on 2007 LCI?

Hi, is there any DIY on how to replace PDC sensors on the rear bumper. I have seen silly easy replacements on other BMW models (just pry off some plastic) while I have read that the bumper has to come off on the X3. Another post said just get your hand under the bumper and wiggle it loose.

Appreciate some input since I do not have the car available to check right now. Thinking of getting used sensor(s) via eBay.

They are clipped in. If you can get your hand behind to release the clips you don't need to remove the bumper. If you have a bodykit sometimes it has to be partially disassembled to get your hand to the sensor.

If it is the same sensor as E46 and E39 you can get a brand new land rover sensor for the Range Rover L322 1999-2004 for 25GBP on eBay.
