06 4.4 Rare problem? Keep blowing motor mount seal. Oil everywhere

This is the second time in a row I've had to replace a seal around a motor mount/alternator bracket. The first one looked like this.

Now that it happened again I'm thinking my oil pressure is way too high. I'm replacing both PCV. Am I on the right track? I'm also replacing the entire bracket just to be safe.
